This class is an introductory class for covering a simple one tier cake with ganache and fondant. The class is ideal for beginner decorators.

This class will cover the following techniques

-Baking tips/techniques & recipes
-Torting & filling with ganache
-Covering a cake with ganache
-Rolling fondant and covering a cake with a sharp edge finish
-Make a simple fondant figurine and attach to cake

Please note that there are no refunds for booked classes. A credit can be obtained for a future class if 7 days notice is provided.
