Learn how to make this gorgeous Christmas cake to take home and share with your family and friends.

This class is an introductory class for covering a simple one tier cake with ganache and fondant. The class is ideal for beginner decorators.

This class will cover the following techniques

-Baking tips/techniques & recipes
-Torting & filling with ganache
-Covering a cake with ganache
-Rolling fondant and covering a cake with a sharp edge finish
-Painted lustre finish
-Make a simple fondant figurine and attach to cake
-Wafer snowflakes covered with white crystals
-Use of moulds & texture mats
