Introduction to Buttercream – Sydney


This class is an introduction to decorating with buttercream.


Dietary Requirements



The class will cover

*baking techniques & recipes
*levelling & torting
*stacking & assembling a cake
*filling techniques
*buttercream recipes & covering with buttercream
*ganache drip
*piping simple decorations

All tools & equipment are provided. You will take home a gorgeous buttercream cake to share with family and friends.
