Roberts Confectionery Vanilla Mud Cake Mix has been developed in Australia and is proudly manufactured here as well.

It has a subtle vanilla taste, so is a great base flavour that can be eaten as is, or have additional flavours or colours added to it, making it a very versatile mix.

This recipe has been designed to enable the home baker to achieve a consistent, even rise with no doming.

So you won’t have to trim the top prior to decorating, which eliminates waste and messy crumbs in your frosting.

When prepared and using a suitable tin, you can achieve lovely 3″ high cakes.

It is lovely and dense, making it perfect for stacked and tiered cakes.

Just follow the mixing and baking instructions to achieve a professional result.

• approximately 36 cupcakes.
• one 10″ x 3 ” round cakes
• two  8″ x 3″ round cakes

Just add eggs, oil and water.
