This class is an introduction to decorating with buttercream.

The class will cover

*Baking techniques & recipes
*Levelling & torting
*Stacking & assembling a cake
*Filling techniques
*Buttercream recipes & covering with buttercream
*Ganache drip
*Piping simple decorations

All tools & equipment are provided. You will take home a gorgeous buttercream cake to share with family and friends.

Beginner Fondant Cake Class

This class is an introduction to covering a cake with ganache and fondant

Learn how to make this gorgeous fondant cake that can be adapted for any occasion!

This class is an introductory class for covering a simple one tier cake with ganache and fondant. The class is ideal for beginner decorators.

This class will cover the following techniques

-Baking tips/techniques & recipes
-Torting & filling and covering with ganache
-Rolling fondant and covering a cake with a sharp edge finish
-Use of moulds, dusted with glaze effect
-Fondant letter/number of your choice

This class will cover the following techniques

-Covering a cake with ganache
-Rolling fondant and covering a cake with a sharp edge finish
-Painted lustre finish
-Make a simple fondant figurine and attach to cake
-Wafer snowflakes covered with white crystals
-Use of moulds & texture mats
