We are so excited to be hosting Hillary Ramos, the Cookie Countess for a limited number of demonstrations and classes in Melbourne and Sydney. Learn some clever and efficient techniques from the queen of stencils herself. Hillary started experimenting with stencils back in 2013 in her own cookie decorating business. When she started designing her own stencils, her business very quickly grew into a popular cookie decorating company specialising in everything stencils, airbrushing and more.

At Miss Biscuit we have been stocking Cookie Countess stencils since opening our first store in 2016. We now stock hundreds of her designs as well as the incredibly popular Cookie Countess airbrush machine which has been adapted for Australian power.

Meet Hilary and learn about the basics of airbrushing and stencilling in this 1 hour demonstration. The demonstration will include

  • Explanation of mechanics of the airbrush gun
  • Do’s and don’ts when using an airbrush gun
  • Demo of airbrushing with a stencil – best practices, things to avoid, how to avoid overspray and bleeding
  • Demo of stenciling with royal icing – Best practices and things to avoid
  • Examples of how to layer stencils using both airbrushing and royal icing
  • Time for q & a

Location: Miss Biscuit, 65a Charles St, Seddon 3011
