This class is an introduction to decorating with buttercream and creating a fondant flower.

The class will cover
*Baking techniques & recipes
*Levelling & torting
*Stacking & assembling a cake
*Filling techniques
*Buttercream recipes & covering with buttercream
*Working with gold leaf and painted gold finish
*Creating a gorgeous dusted fondant peony and attaching to cake

All tools & equipment are provided. You will take home a gorgeous buttercream cake to share with family and friends.
