  • Learn how to trim and tort your cake
  • Learn how to cover your cake with ganache
  • Learn how to cover with fondant and create perfectly sharp edges
  • Learn how to create and attach a cute fondant figurine
  • Learn how to add additional details such as snowflakes, lustre and sprinkles

What's included:

Included in all courses is a take home recipe book and all of the tools required to create this super cute cake on the day. Everything is provided including an apron to wear whilst decorating and so there is no need to bring anything. You will take home a completed 6in chocolate mud cake in a tall box for transporting.
