Learn the basics of ganache and fondant in our beginner fondant cake class. Michelle will teach you all the tips and tricks for baking the perfect cake, making ganache and achieving super sharp edges with both your ganache and fondant.
You will surprise yourself with what you can create in our fun, five and a half hour class. The class will run in our classroom/store at 394-396 Burke Road, Camberwell, 3124.
Please note that 7 days notice is required to change the date of your class. All class bookings are non-refundable except where the class has been cancelled by us or as a result of government imposed restrictions.
