Christmas Bauble Edible Icing Sheet by Sarah Maddison
Icing Sheets are an actual layer of icing that bonds with the icing on your cake. They can be applied to all types of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, chocolate, Sugarveil®, fondant, blown sugar, etc.
APPLICATION: to your fondant cookie roll out your fondant to desired thickness ( we recommend 3mm or less) wet the back of the icing sheet with a brush and water and apply immediately to your fondant rolling over once with the rolling pin gently. Cut your desired shape.
INGREDIENTS:
Starches (E1422, E1412), Matlodextrin, Glycerin, Sugar, Water, Stabilisers (E414, E4601), Dextrose, Emulsifiers (E435, E471), Colour (E171), Flavours (vanillin), Preservatives (E202, E330) Colours prom edible printing.
STORAGE: Cool dry place in air tight packaging to ensure they don’t dry out.
