Dietary Requirements



This class will cover the following techniques

-Baking tips/techniques & recipes
-Torting & filling with ganache
-Covering a cake with ganache
-Rolling fondant and covering a cake with a sharp edge finish
-Make a simple fondant figurine and details and attach to cake
-Painted watercolour finish
