Learn how to make this delicious and beautiful cookie cake in our new 2 hour class. This class is all about flavour! This cookie cake is created from a rich chocolate cookie base, with raspberry flavoured Swiss Meringue Buttercream and topped with sugared raspberries and chocolate shards.
Marie will share her tricks for making delicious Swiss Meringue Buttercream and show you how to pipe like a professional.
You will take home a six inch, three layer cookie cake ready to share with family and friends.
This class will be run in our classroom/store at 394-396 Burke Road, Camberwell, 3124.
PLEASE NOTE – The virtual class will be a 45 minute webinar online via Zoom. You will recieve the link the day before the class. The virtual class will be available to watch for one month after the class. Participants in the live virtual session will be able to ask questions during the class.
