Roberts Elderflower Flavour 30ml
Add flavour to cake batters and biscuit dough, icings, frostings, ice cream and macarons. You can also make mouth watering soft centres for your chocolates. Just add a few drops of flavour to plain fondant and mix.
If you want to flavour your chocolate, then you need to use an oil based flavours as this product is water based and may split your chocolate as oil and water don’t mix.  It is fine to use if making a ganache (which has melted cream and chocolate combined).
