Join our 2 hour Sweet Express class and learn the basics of decorating with Royal Icing.

Our two class will cover all the tips and tricks you need to get started with royal icing. You will be provided with all of our recipes and learn the basics of consistencies so that you can create the cute designs pictured. You will surprise yourself with what you are able to learn and create in our fun and relaxed 2 hour class.

*How to colour and flavour your royal icing

*How to make different consistencies for different purpose

*How to create cute cookies in multiple stages

*How to dry and store your royal icing cookies for maximum shelf life

Included in all classes is all of the tools and equipment required to complete the designs pictured. You will be provided with an apron to wear during the class and given a box to take your cookies home.
