Our Story

We started as a simple home-based cookie decorating business

Miss Biscuit started as a home based cookie decorating business. Although I loved creating beautiful biscuits, I quickly discovered that people want to learn how to decorate their own. What began as a small business grew into a passionate community of decorators, makers and creatives.

Over the past 14 years, we’ve been privileged to teach thousands of students, inspire countless cookie and cake creations and share our love of decorating with customers across Australia.

After 14 wonderful years, I have made the decision to close Miss Biscuit permanently on 30 June 2026.

What started at my kitchen table grew into something I could never have imagined – a business, a community and a career that has brought so much joy into my life.

To every customer who shopped with us every student who attended a class, every staff member who helped build Miss Biscuit and every person who cheered us on along the way, thank you.

I am incredibly proud of what we created together and I will be forever grateful for the support you’ve shown us over the past 14 years. x
