Welcome to the 2020 compilation of our hugely successful and unique Class in a Box!

Prior to 2020 we were running two to three in person classes a week in our stores. When Covid hit in early 2020 the Miss Biscuit team were feeling the losof our events, the connection with our loyal customers and spreading the joy of baking to newcomers. Our passionate team rallied and decided that if our customers couldn’t come to our classes we would send our classes to our Miss B customers.

We started out tentatively with two Mother’s Day designs and they sold out in minutes! The team were thrilled that everyone loved this concept and we went on to create a total of 16 different designs over the year selling thousands of boxes.

It was a huge team effort in designing, packing and sending the boxes. The input from you, our Miss Biscuit family, has inspired us and helped in crafting designs you can easily achieve, impress your friends and family with, help you develop your own unique baking style and most importantly have fun with.

In this first book you will find all of the project instructions from 2020. Learn how to outline and flood cookies, stencil on cookies, pipe royal icing roses and create gorgeous buttercream cupcakes.
