Miss Biscuit Royal Icing Recipe

This is the Miss Biscuit royal icing recipe I've used and taught for many years. A reliable, easy to work with icing that's perfect for decorating sugar cookies.

Made with egg white powder, it can be adjusted to create the different consistencies you need for outlining, flooding and adding piped details. It's the recipe I've used in ht emiss Biscuit kitchen, in my classes and demonstrations and taught to thousands of cookie decorators over the years.
