They are easy to melt and are perfect for making chocolate drips on those very popular drip cakes. They are ideal for making chocolates in both chocolate and silicon moulds. You can create chocolate coloured shards, sails, bark and other chocolate decorations simply by melting. You can also swirl different coloured drops together to create a marbled effect.
These drops are also perfect for baking, holding their shape if they are baked in cookies and can be used as colourful chocolate sprinkle decorations or add to your own sprinkle mixes.
Each drop is approximately 8mm in diameter, so melts efficiently, evenly and easily.
