Meet the Gingies – Express Beginner Royal Icing Class

To celebrate 10 years in stores, we are bringing back some Miss Biscuit favourite classes in May and June. Join us for a mid year Christmas cookie class!

Julia, Miss Biscuit founder, will teach you how to make perfect royal icing, create different consistencies and take you step by step through these three designs.

AGE RESTRICTION – This class is recommended for adults however 14 years + can attend with an adult (two tickets must be purchased). Minimum age 16 years to attend without an adult.

Included in all classes are the tools and equipment required on the day to create the designs pictured. You will take home three finished cookies in a box.
