ProGel Wine Red 25g

Progel is a highly concentrated food colouring, used to colour sugarpaste, fondant, royal icing and more.

Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved.

At Miss Biscuit we love working with ProGel gel pastes. They are intense in colour and you need very little gel to create bold colours. For pastel colours, ensure you use the tiniest little bit of gel. We also love ProGel because it’s a very clean gel paste. Some gel brands tend to be quite gunky and show flecks. ProGel is incredibly clean to work with and therefore is a good option for painting and also mixing with an alcohol and airbrushing with.
